Birchwood Homes did an excellent job working with our family to build our home. This process was completely unfamiliar to us and we felt comfortable during the entire project. Madison was very organized and diligent when working with other parties/vendors during our surveying and land transfer. They did a great job accommodating our ideas and fair with the pricing when we decided to customize some ideas from the original plan. No matter the obstacle or responsible party Birchwood took care of the issue and delivered the outcome our family was looking for. That speaks to the integrity of the business. Build quality, I am not a trained eye, however our pre wall and final home inspector ( not affiliated w/ Birchwood ), gave very high praise to the builder on the workmanship. We met and talked with a few builders at the beginning of our process, we definitely feel we made the right decision. I would and have suggested Birchwood to family and friends.
